To My Clients: Thank You 2024 and Welcome 2025

New Years' Eve has always been a challenging moment for me.

I see everyone around making their wishes, planning for the future year, envisioning where they want to be, how they want their lives to look like. I was never the type to plan ahead. I'm more with the ones that take the opportunities as they come, letting life shape things. I've heard so many times that's not the "right way" and that we have to take control of our lives to get what we want.

I agree with it... if we have a fixed idea of how life should look like, it's on us the responsibility of taking action and making things happen towards that. But at the same time I understand this concept, I also see that what we wish is not always the best for us. I'd rather not get stuck in one plan, one view of life, one goal and let each step come naturally depending on where I am, how I feel, what lights up that spark within. I find myself in constant change, so how can I know what will make sense for me so far ahead on time?

I don't think there is a "one way" of living our lives. I don't like the "shoulds and musts". I prefer the openness, the space to let my idea and focus float towards whatever calls me. Nothing fixed. And whenever the spark lights up, then I jump in with intention and planning, seeing whether life responds to what I'm planting as seeds. No push. Just letting the natural course of things take its place.

On the last day of the year, I fill my heart with gratitude. Bringing up within all the memories of successes and failures. All the learnings coming through enjoyable moments or days in tears. Life is not constant and one of the keys is to learn navigating the ups and downs. I wish you can fill up your heart with these memories too. Seeing how far you have come. Acknowledging all little steps taken towards more self-care. Towards loving yourself a bit more. That's all we need.

Once able to love all of us, beautiful and ugly, happy and sad, joyful and angry, light or heavy, we cracked the code :) With our cup filled with love, we can love others in the most pure and impactful way.

Thank you for trusting my work, for coming for sessions (every month, every quarter, only once), for sharing your struggles and allowing me to join and support you.

I wish you an amazing 2025, where you can learn more about yourself and experience life with your heart opened. I'll continue to be here, ready to share the gentle and loving touch that supports your body getting ready to rock in this new year!!

Looking forward to seeing you in 2025!

With love,

Tarsi.
