Ātman Touch

Soul, Mind and Body in focus. ThaiYoga Massage & Bodywork in Basel.

Within you lies the incredible ability to heal, and through the bodywork sessions I offer, I aim to create a space where your body can dive into profound relaxation, unlocking its innate healing process.

I'm not here to heal you, I'm here to support you healing yourself.

  • ThaiYoga Massage, also known as the "sacred dance," is a healing art that taps into the body's energy channels to restore balance and harmony. At my practice, I offer intuitive massage sessions designed to nourish your soul, mind, and body, promoting self-care, stress relief, and pain management.

Inspired by various techniques and ancient practices, including Yoga, Osteopathy, Craniosacral Biodynamics, Dynamic Thai, gentle stretching, and rhythmic body rocking, my approach is a unique blend that encompasses both physical and energetic elements.

Through gentle and compassionate touch, the sessions go beyond addressing the physical body, reaching deep into the realm of emotions and the mind. By stimulating and balancing the energy channels, we create a safe space for your own body to activate its natural healing abilities, addressing any discomfort you may be experiencing, whether physical, mental, or emotional.

It's important to note that the ThaiYoga Massage sessions I offer focus on energy work rather than providing therapeutic treatments or diagnosing illnesses. Instead, I facilitate a holistic experience that supports your body's innate healing process.

  • The ThaiYoga Massage sessions take place at my space in Basel - easily reached via Tram and Bus (stops Musical Theater and Riehenring).

The sessions are done on the floor, on a soft surface. Clothes on. No oil (except for belly massage).

I will be using areas of my body to massage your body: hands, feet and arms.

You will be in a completely passive state, relaxing, disconnecting and receiving the benefits that the session brings to you.

  • The true benefits of ThaiYoga Massage are subjective and depend on what they mean to you personally.

From the very first session of ThaiYoga Massage, you will reach a profound state of relaxation, increasing the sense of connection with your body.

Based on the feedback from my clients, those who choose to incorporate regular ThaiYoga Massage sessions into their wellness routine, whether weekly or bi-weekly, often report improvements across various aspects of their well-being. These include enhanced energy levels, alleviation of bodily discomforts, increased flexibility, and a renewed sense of vitality.

By consistently investing in your self-care through ThaiYoga Massage, you can experience a gradual and sustainable improvement in your overall physical and energetic state. The combination of gentle movements, mindful touch, and the therapeutic qualities of this ancient art form can contribute to your holistic well-being.

  • This belly massage draws inspiration from ancient Chi Nei Tsang practices rooted in Taoist traditions.

With a focus on the abdomen, which houses vital organs and represents our core energy center, the touch is delicate yet profound, promoting improved internal organ function.

Its benefits extend beyond the abdomen, positively affecting various bodily systems, including digestion, respiration, lymphatic flow, nervous system, hormonal balance, urinary and reproductive health, skin, muscular-skeletal support, and overall energy balance.
